Step One - Forms:
All forms listed below are required for all students. They are set up to be fillable forms online, allowing you to fill them out on your computer and submit them digitally. You may also print the form, fill it out, and upload it.
To use a fillable form from your phone, follow these instructions:
1. Download PDF Expert from the App Store.
2. Open the PDF form you want to fill out.
3. Tap a text field or checkbox to start filling in.
4. Use the Text , Checkmark , and Cross tools to fill out a non-interactive PDF form.

2020-2021 Band Registration
Due to COVID-19, we will not be able to do an in-person band registration/band business day as usual. With that in mind, we have digitized as much of the process as possible! Please READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS - no part of this process is optional! You can follow this page straight down and your student will be set up correctly.

Step Three - Fees:
We do everything in our power to make our fees as low as possible to make band accessible for every student - money should never be a reason a student can not participate! If you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact Mrs. Wallace (firstname.lastname@example.org). Here is a guide to what each student needs.
We have set up the ability to pay all fees with a credit/debit card through Charms. ALL students will need to "purchase" required items on Charms, regardless of whether or not payment is happening online. Fees can also be paid with cash or check when we return to campus.
To "purchase" each fee item, log into Charms and go to "online store" (on the right side of the page.) Add all applicable items to your cart, and when you check out choose either the RevTrack (credit/debit card) or the "bill and pay" option. If you choose the invoice option, please either set up a payment plan with Mrs. Wallace or expect to pay in full when we return to school with either cash or check.
If you would like to make a partial payment, put what you want to pay now in your cart through RevTrack (your debit/credit.card.) Do the rest through "bill and pay" - we will square it up on our end.
Step Two - Charms:
Charms is the hub of our program, and it is super important that all information is updated. 99% of miscommunications throughout the year stem from parents and students not receiving email communications, which all comes down to having your information current in Charms. This is also the first place we look when we need to contact parents - especially in case of an emergency. Please log into Charms and verify ALL information is correct - including student information, student phone number, parent phone numbers and email addresses, and any other information you can provide. If you need help logging into Charms, there is a link to a guide on the "Forms" page. Here is the simple version:
Log on to www.charmsoffice.com, and click “ENTER / LOG IN” in the upper right corner.
Locate the “PARENT/STUDENT/MEMBERS LOGIN” section of the web page.
Login to your student’s program account using the following School Code:
This will bring up the main “Public” page.
The first time you go here, enter your child’s ID NUMBER into the Student Area Password field. You will be directed to the Change Password screen, to set a personal password different from the ID, for future use. You may also be directed to create both a unique Username and Password for the student.
