Restrooms
Are available in the stadium concourse and in the Sam Rayburn Center.  Ask your guides if an “emergency pit stop” for a band member is needed while on the warm-up route.

Rain Plans
Plan A - It’s going to be a lovely, crisp and clear fall day in Texas.
Plan B - It’s lightening! If the university’s lightning alarm activates, all must clear the field and stands and take shelter in the stadium concourse or in your vehicles until the “all clear” is given from this system.  Please help keep everyone safe by following the TAMU-C policies and procedures.  Watch your digital schedule for updates for warm-up and performance time.
Plan C - It’s a gully-washer/all day rain!  Contest will move to Commerce High School.  Watch your digital schedule and email for details.
